A website about Japanese cicadas (Semi). It’s interesting to see all the different varieties of cicadas that exist around the world.

I love how the one cicada’s song can be used in manga to indicate that it’s really hot and humid out.
The video clips of the Japanese cicadas were really cool as well. The songs are so different, and some of them have such interesting patterns on their wings.
